Looking at apartments this week.

New Fitness Challenge "50/50"
I challenge my followers to do 50 Back Extensions and 50 GH Situps for time. This means as soon as you start your first back extension you start the clock and dont stop the clock until your done with all 100 repetitions. My time was 3:55 and my partners time was 5:11. NOW ITS YOUR TURN!

"The American Nightmare"
Attempted “The American Nightmare” workout. Only got 57 reps out of 100 in 30 minutes. 1 rep = hang clean + 1 lunge each leg + push press of 50% body weight. Looks like I need to train some more muscular endurance. Oh well I’ll get 80+ next time.

Sacroiliac Joint is messed up
I think I should go get it checked out. Squats today were brutal with it providing lots of discomfort. I did a double session of squats today doing both front squats and back squats in both sessions. Overall an alright day just wish my SI Joint would not bother me.
