Workout of the Day
Performed the Death by Push Jerks challenge. Which is the following.
Start a timer during the first minute do 1 push jerk and rest the remaining time of the minute, as the next minute start do 2 push jerks and rest the remaining of the minute, continue adding one rep and only resting the duration of the minute until you cannot complete the required number of repetitions in the minute.
I lasted 6 rounds, the 7th ground eliminated me. Weight on bar was 135 pounds.
SECOND CHALLENGE!
300 meter pinch grip for time.
Complete a 300 meter walk/run while pinching 25 pound bumper plates for time. Unlimited drops allowed.
I completed this challenge in 4:21. I need to work on my grip strength more this one really left me breathing hard.
