Anonymous asked: I don't have much, sadly. I have a 3 and 5lb dumbbell, a set of 15lb dumbbells and one that you can customize to weigh between 5 and 25lbs. I have a workout bench and an Ab Lounge. Also a yoga ball! Im in a weight lifting class at school as well where I have access to the whole bench so I can squat/bench/etc. My main goal is to lose weight, when it comes to gaining muscle I want to target my legs and work on toning my stomach.

It would be helpful if you came off anon so I don’t have to publicly post these but one last question. How often do you have access to the school gym?
